  3. Continuous monitoring — Badges are re-verified on every content update. If a claim goes stale or a source is retracted, the badge is removed until re-verified.
  4. Reader challenge — If you believe a badge is incorrectly applied, email us with specific evidence. We review every challenge and publish corrections when warranted.
